2. What data we process

We process only data you provide to us:

Email address — when subscribing to content (lead magnet, newsletter)
Technical data — IP address (hashed), browser type, timestamp, only if you consent to analytics cookies

We do not process any sensitive data (health, biometric, children's data).

4. Data recipients

We share your data only with these processors who have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us:

Ecomail.cz — email marketing tool (hosted in Czech Republic, ecomail.cz)
Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent)
Hosting — web server in the EU

We do not sell or share data with anyone else.

5. Transfer outside EU

Google Analytics 4 may process data on servers outside the EU (USA). Transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access — know what data we process about you
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion
Restriction — temporarily suspend processing
Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format
Object — against processing based on legitimate interest (especially direct marketing) — we will stop immediately
Unsubscribe — click the link in any email
Complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz

7. Cookies

Our website uses three categories of cookies:

Necessary — for basic website functionality (language selection). The site won't work without them. Cannot be refused.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*) for traffic measurement. Can be refused in the cookie bar.
Marketing — currently not used. If we start, we will request your consent.

You can withdraw consent for analytics cookies anytime by deleting the consent_v1 cookie in your browser or reopening the cookie bar (link in footer).

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects on you.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update these policies. The current version is always available on this page. We will inform you by email about substantial changes (if we have your contact).
